Life Reflection & next Naturopathy workshop
In life, we often take a lot for granted; our families, our lifestyle, our health and sometimes even our blessings. We are often quick to complain before even thinking about counting our blessings.
The reason I’m deep in thoughts today is because I receive a very sad news yesterday. I got a call that one of my dear clients passed away. It is very difficult to accept that you were talking to someone a few days ago, thinking they are doing better and that today, a relationship that you cared about is gone.
She was a mother of 2 young boys, 2 and 4 years old and she was a very vibrant woman full of sense, good energy and life. We had good times and wonderful conversations, and over the years, she gave me a few advices that I will never forget. In respect to her family, I won’t post her name or her picture. Nevertheless, I pray for strength, courage and unconditional support for her little boys and the rest of her family.
It’s crazy how many stupid fights we can have with our loved ones or how much we worry about things out of our control but yet we don’t know for a fact how much longer we have. Life is short. Most of the time, it takes a sad or difficult situation to pull us back to what really matters.
Galatians 5:22 says:
‘But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,..’
I thank God for a new day and for the opportunity to be better everyday!
I’m getting ready to host my second workshop as a naturopathic doctor.
If you didn’t have a chance to be at the first one, this is the opportunity to come and learn some important information that could change your life for the better.
You can’t count on the health system nowadays. Often, it’s too late. What you can count on is PREVENTION through changing your habits!
One week away! Join us next thursday!
